Business of the Month (BOM) Program
Did you know that we have over 100 businesses in the Village of Covington? We want to highlight those businesses to make sure that they get the thank you that they deserve.
Beginning in 2021 the Village of Covington began providing special recognition to our business community by presenting monthly a Business of the Month award to one business in the community. We will highlight your business on the Village website, social media, and newsletter. The goal of this program is to make sure every business within our community understands the appreciation we have for choosing Covington as their business home.

Want to be the Business of the Month?
Do you want to have your business considered for BOM? We certainly think you should! Please download the form below and return it to the Village (or scan and email it to us). We will review the applications and on the 1st of every month announce the monthly winner. Each submission will be kept on file and may be used in subsequent months. There is NO FEE to participate.
What type of information is necessary and what are the eligibility requirements?
A business must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Must have a physical presence (building, office, or home business) within the Village of Covington boundaries.
- Be willing to complete the entire form below.
At a minimum you will need to provide the following information:
- Name of Business
- Address of Business
- How many years have you been in Covington (opening date)
- What type of business you are in (i.e. machine tool and dye)
- Why does your business call Covington home?
Additional information that will help to make our story about your business stronger:
- How many employees
- Building Size
- Hours of Operation
- Unique stories about your business, the people who work there, or how it relates to Covington.
